Defendant sentenced to two years and eight months’ imprisonment on one count of unlawful sexual connection with a child. Aggravating features were lack of acceptance of responsibility, breach of trust and the vulnerability of the complainant. A 10 per cent discount was given to recognise absence of previous convictions.
